Refund policy

Each SNARKED piece is made to order and printed individually once your order is placed. We don’t hold stock, which allows us to create on-demand and reduce waste while keeping designs fresh and exclusive.

Because of this production model, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect selection at checkout.


If Something Isn’t Right

We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking shows it may be lost, reach out to us. We’ll review the shipment status and resolve it with a replacement or other suitable solution.


Fulfillment & Shipping

All orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. While we work only with trusted providers, occasional shipping delays or carrier disruptions may occur outside our control.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
